Yes. Once you provide your flight number at booking, we monitor it live against the airline data feed. If you land early or three hours late, your chauffeur is adjusted automatically — you do not need to call or rebook.
Curbside Express ($10) means your chauffeur waits in the cell lot and collects you at the designated curbside pickup zone once you have your bags. Meet & Greet ($35) means your chauffeur parks, walks inside to baggage claim with a name sign, helps with your luggage and escorts you to the vehicle.
Complimentary wait time is included on all arrivals and is measured from your actual landing time rather than the scheduled time. Additional waiting beyond the included window is billed in fifteen-minute increments at the vehicle rate.
