Concert Transportation in Los Angeles

Everyone plans how to get to the show. Almost nobody plans how to get out. We do — your chauffeur is staged before the encore, the pickup point is agreed when you book, and the rate never moves because the venue emptied all at once.

The part nobody plans

Getting In Is Easy. Getting Out Is Not.

Twenty thousand people leave a Los Angeles arena inside about four minutes. Every rideshare app in the city knows it, and prices accordingly. Here is the same night, run two different ways.

The usual exit
A weeknight arena show, self-parked or by rideshare.
11:02 PMEncore ends. Twenty thousand people stand up at the same moment.
11:06 PMSurge pricing lands at 3.4×. It keeps climbing while you decide.
11:20 PMStill walking to the rideshare lot, which is nowhere near the gate you left from.
11:45 PMFourth in a line of cars that physically cannot move yet.
12:10 AMFinally on the freeway.
12:55 AMHome.
With Luxury City Ride
Same show, same night, pickup arranged when you booked.
10:45 PMYour chauffeur is already staged near the venue. Nothing has been requested yet.
11:02 PMEncore ends. You send one text from your seat.
11:07 PMDoor pickup at the point agreed at booking — not a lot, not a garage level.
11:10 PMMoving. The rate was locked before you left the house.
11:40 PMHome.

Times are illustrative of a typical weeknight arena show and will vary by venue, event and traffic. What does not vary is the order of operations: the vehicle is in position before the show ends, not summoned after it.

How we do it

Encore-Proof Pickup

Three decisions made before you leave the house, which together remove the entire post-show wait.

Tell us the act, not the time

Doors and set times get published. Encore times never do. Give us the venue and who is playing, and dispatch works backwards from how that artist actually ends a show — support slot, curfew, encore length and all.

The car is staged before you stand up

Your chauffeur is positioned near the venue well before the last song, not dispatched at the moment you ask for it. That single decision is what removes the wait, and it costs you nothing extra.

You text. It is already outside.

One message from your seat. The pickup point was agreed when you booked, so there is nothing to describe, negotiate or search for on a dark street at eleven at night.

Where we run

Los Angeles Concert Venues

Each venue exits differently, and the difference is usually the whole story. Open any of them for how we handle pickup there.

Arenas & Stadiums
Crypto.com Arena In DTLA Downtown Los Angeles

The L.A. Live garages empty onto Figueroa all at once, and traffic control closes lanes around the campus after big shows. We stage off-site and collect on Olympic or Georgia Street, clear of the arena’s own cordon.

SoFi Stadium ~25 min Inglewood

Rideshare pickup sits a long walk from the gates and moves depending on the event. Chauffeur pickup is arranged at a fixed point on the Lake Park side, and we confirm the exact spot on the day rather than guessing in advance.

Intuit Dome ~25 min Inglewood

Shares Inglewood’s event traffic with SoFi and the Forum. When two of the three have shows on the same night we build an extra thirty minutes into each leg and tell you before you book, not after.

Kia Forum ~25 min Inglewood

The smallest footprint of the three Inglewood venues and the quickest exit of the group — provided the vehicle is already staged before the encore rather than dispatched after it.

Rose Bowl ~25 min Pasadena

Arroyo Seco access is tightly controlled on event days and the surrounding residential streets are permit-only. We use pre-arranged charter access instead of general parking, which is the difference between twenty minutes and ninety.

Amphitheatres
Hollywood Bowl ~20 min Hollywood Hills

Stacked parking means you leave when the car in front of you leaves, however long that takes. A chauffeur drop at the Highland gate skips the entire system — of every venue in Los Angeles, this is where the difference is largest.

Greek Theatre ~20 min Los Feliz

Also stacked parking, and all of it funnels onto a single canyon road through Griffith Park. Drop-off at the gate with pickup down on Vermont avoids the queue completely.

YouTube Theater ~25 min Inglewood

Sits inside the SoFi campus, so it inherits the same access pattern whenever the stadium next door is also busy. Worth checking both schedules before setting a pickup time.

Theatres & Concert Halls
Dolby Theatre ~20 min Hollywood

Hollywood & Highland has continuous curb activity and the boulevard closes without much notice for premieres. We use the side-street pickup off Orange rather than fighting for the front.

Peacock Theater In DTLA Downtown Los Angeles

Same L.A. Live campus as the arena. On nights when both venues have events we stage further out and walk you a short block, which is consistently faster than sitting in the garage queue.

The Wiltern ~10 min Koreatown

Wilshire and Western, where street parking is scarce and entirely metered. A drop at the door is usually faster than anything else available in Koreatown on a show night.

Walt Disney Concert Hall In DTLA Downtown Los Angeles

Grand Avenue clears quickly, but the garage exit onto 2nd Street backs up badly when the hall empties. Pickup on Hope Street sidesteps it.

Drive times are approximate off-peak estimates from Downtown Los Angeles and will change with traffic, event schedules and road closures. We also cover the Greek, the Shrine, the Novo, BMO Stadium, Honda Center and out-of-town festival runs to Indio — ask us for anything not listed. Venue names appear here for identification only; Luxury City Ride is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any venue, promoter or artist, and does not sell tickets.

Before you book

Concert Ride Questions

You give us the venue and the act when you book, and we agree a pickup point at the same time. Your chauffeur is staged near the venue before the show ends rather than dispatched afterwards, so when you text from your seat the vehicle is already close. There is no app queue, no surge, and no walk to a remote lot.
Nothing. Waiting time is part of the booking, so an extended encore, a delayed support act or a curfew overrun costs you nothing extra and does not change the rate. This is the single most common reason groups move from rideshare to a chauffeur for show nights.
At most venues, yes. Los Angeles arenas and theatres run designated drop zones for chauffeured vehicles, and your chauffeur will use the closest one that is open on the night. A handful of venues rotate their zones by event, in which case we confirm the exact point on the day rather than promising something in advance that may have moved.
Point-to-point runs are quoted as a flat rate, confirmed before you book, and do not change because it is a Saturday or because the show sold out. Hourly as-directed starts at $90 per hour for a Business Class Sedan and runs to $140 for an S-Class, with a three-hour minimum. Groups needing a Sprinter, limo bus or stretch limousine are quoted per event.
Point-to-point suits a straightforward there-and-back on the night of the show. Hourly makes more sense when dinner comes first, when the group wants to stay out afterwards, or when you are travelling with more than one vehicle and want them held together. We will tell you which is cheaper for your plan rather than defaulting to the larger booking.
Yes. Sedans and SUVs cover up to five passengers and can be reserved online immediately. Stretch limousines, Sprinters and limo buses run from eight to twenty passengers and are held by quote so we can confirm the specific vehicle for your date. Several vehicles can run together on one booking for larger parties, with one point of contact and one invoice.
SoFi, the Kia Forum, Intuit Dome and YouTube Theater sit within a few minutes of one another, and traffic management treats them as one district. When more than one has an event on the same night we add time to both legs and tell you at the quote stage. It is the one part of Los Angeles where the schedule matters more than the distance.
For a sedan or SUV on a standard show night, a few days is usually enough. For stadium shows, festival weekends, New Year’s Eve, or anything needing a limo bus or stretch limousine, book as early as you have tickets — the vehicle, not the route, is what runs out.
Available 24 hours, 365 days a year
