A sample run sheet

One Los Angeles Saturday

An eight-hour charter plus a guest shuttle — a realistic starting point for building your own timeline.

10:00 AM

Bridal party collected

The charter opens at the salon or hotel suite. Dress hung, cabin cooled, chauffeur staged ahead of the scheduled time.

1:30 PM

Groomsmen to the venue

A second vehicle runs the groom’s party separately, so both sides arrive on their own schedule.

4:00 PM

Ceremony arrival and photo tour

Arrival timed to the processional, then two or three photo stops with the chauffeur waiting at each.

6:30 PM

Guest shuttle loop opens

Continuous runs between the hotel block and the reception venue while the reception gets under way.

11:00 PM

Send-off and getaway

The getaway car is staged before the last dance. Guests are returned to their hotel on the final loops.

Planner’s checklist

What we need to build your quote

Wedding date

And whether it falls on a peak Saturday between May and October.

Ceremony and reception addresses

Including the getting-ready location if it differs.

Hair and makeup start time

This sets the first pickup of the day.

Guest count and hotel block

Determines shuttle size and how many loops are needed.

Photographer’s photo-tour plan

So the stops are built into the booked hours, not added on the day.

Planner or coordinator contact

We copy them on the timeline and keep dispatch reachable for them.

Questions

Wedding limousine questions

Most couples reserve six to nine months ahead. Peak Saturdays between May and October book earliest, and stretch limousines and party buses are the first vehicles to go. If your date is closer than that, contact us anyway — we can often still source vehicles through our affiliate network.
Wedding charters are booked in hourly blocks, and most wedding days need between five and eight hours per vehicle. Straight point-to-point movements, such as a guest run from the hotel to the venue or the getaway car, are quoted as a flat rate with no hourly minimum.
Yes, within reason. Ribbons, a “Just Married” sign and magnetic or suction-mounted decorations are all fine. We ask that nothing adhesive or painted is applied directly to the paintwork, and that flowers are secured. Tell us at booking and your chauffeur will help fit everything before the pickup.
Wedding days almost always shift. If your charter runs past the booked block, additional time is added on the day at the same hourly rate for that vehicle — there is no penalty rate and nothing to renegotiate. Your chauffeur stays with you.
California permits passengers to consume alcohol in a chartered limousine, so you are welcome to bring your own. We provide ice and glassware on request. We do not sell or supply alcohol, and the partition stays closed while the vehicle is moving.
A deposit reserves your vehicles and locks the rate, with the balance due before the wedding date. Cancellation terms are set out in the contract you receive before paying anything — nothing is charged until you have read and accepted them in writing.
